Some places say they're blocked

macOS protects some places, such as Safari and Messages, until you allow an app to read them. Open System Settings > Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access, turn on Trailsift, then run the audit again. Trailsift's Help menu walks you through it.

I bought Pro but can't find my licence

It was emailed to the address you bought with. Check your junk mail, or have it sent again. Then choose Trailsift > Enter Licence and paste the whole key.

Can I use Pro on another Mac?

Yes. Your licence works on each of your own Macs: download Trailsift there and enter the same key. It's checked on the Mac, without going online.
